At Evergreen Roots NW, we strive to provide you with the highest quality products and services. All products are carefully inspected before shipping to ensure their quality and condition.

In the unlikely event that a product is damaged during shipping, we will gladly replace or refund it. Please send us photographic proof of the damage within 7 days of delivery to evergreenrootsnw@gmail.com, and we will initiate the process.

If you're not satisfied with your unused product, you may return it for a full refund of the purchase price, less the shipping charge. Please ensure that the product is in its original condition and packaging, and that it's returned within 14 days of delivery. The customer is responsible for the return shipping charges.
